I have had problem for the concluding month with games that won't launch. I have sent at least 50 emails request for help. I become an respond from someone who tells me to exercise a certain thing. I practise it to no avail. Then some other person sent me a list of codes without telling me what to do with them. They are like the Keystone Cops. I still haven't gotten any satisfaction from them. Everyone that contacts you has a dissimilar answer to your problem. They demand to assign 1 person until your problem is solved.

I have gotten to where I detest this site. I am a big Scrabble player it keeps throwing me out of the room and at the very end of the game when I only have one or two more plays it disconnects! As I write this they are 3 days backside in Not awarding wins..AND TELL ME WHY AFTER Nearly four MONTHS I CANNOT ADVANCE By LEVEL 375!! Been histrion since POGO started xx yrs ago. Play other games win all just this Ane=BLOCKED FROM ADVANCING + NO AWARDS FOR DAILY WINS. When I AM owed more than one Power Upwardly & notify? I only get one . Right now I am due 3. I win Daily Levels by and large on 1st try which is a "who cares".but Wins=Power UPs for each win. and.....if I am good enough to reach Level 375 EACH game/puzzle has so many "blocked" tile plays information technology has get a joke to think I keep going back and go on trying. This site is nada but an addiction at best. Gone are the great games, the socialization between friends, prizes, fun mini'south. Nosotros are left with deadening childish games and NO customer service. Still have the worthless mods who live to bully..pathetic. Pogo you suck beyond.!!!

Don't expect any kind of solution when their games become a bug issue. They don't care! They never contact you (like information technology says information technology will when you fill up out your case) to let you know what'southward happening. Again, POGO has introduced a game that doesn't function - Monopoly Sudoku. I am getting tired of the cards "jumping" upward and downwards when trying to indicate a carte. For anyone who thinks they will receive a gratis i-calendar month membership for renewing - no. You volition not. Not if you don't renew again, anyway. My membership concluded on the 27th of June. On the 28th, my account condition said that I am now playing out my free 1-month membership. Still, 9 days later, I was kicked out. 9 days. That's what I received for renewing concluding year. Then no, Pogo does not award you a gratis calendar month for renewing - unless you lot renew once more. If you plan to play out your complimentary one month after your membership ends, think again. They are lying. Anyone who is a fellow member of Pogo will not be surprised by this. They are an unscrupulous company and should be run out of business organisation.

I take been a pogo fellow member for years but quit pogo afterwards the last fix of major changes for all the reasons others have stated, removal of good games, "upgrading" games to a poorer quality, having to pay for gems to get through games, etc. I missed it so I went back, gave them some other adventure. Now they have changed another game to the point it is no longer fun to play. They just took coin for an automatic renewal and 2 days later on, my listing of games I can enjoy has been reduced again. They have also gotten rid of the classic pogo format and changed the new ane already so it is really hard to navigate. Farewell bye Pogo!

Pogo lured me to its desire to connect me with others. It worked! I fabricated tons of on-line friends and fifty-fifty friends who joined me on a camping trip in Oregon. We all met others on-line who joined with us. Nifty social connections. The games were fun, no powers-up needed. We could just play and have fun, progress to our rankings. Now you enter a room and if you don't go out incredibly fast, you lot stop upwardly having to play whoever they put in the room and sometimes that person has a much lower score than yous practice. I've started paying for membership in 2004. I left when they took the mini mall away. I'grand so glad I cancelled my membership it'south been 2 years and I thought maybe I'd go play some Pogo and WOW what a horrible site it has become. Navigating is atrocious. Graphics are awful. I can't even find anyone or get into a game. I doubt I'll ever show back up. Way to ruin an awesome sight over the years.
